The Reflection is a project of gourmet restaurant, located close to the city center of Nantes. More than a restaurant: a place to share, a culinary tour and especially human! A generous cuisine using local produce, large tables where we all meet, but also an extraordinary team: half of the employees are people with Down syndrome.
